Who doesn’t love pampering themselves? Professional makeup, professional photographer, professional retouched images and a new sexy outfit. You can’t tell me that shopping, pampering yourself, and self love isn’t a form of therapy.

Make it an event with some of your closest friends. Do a boudoir session together. Get some cheese and wine, play some music and talk about all the great things going on in your life. Afterwards go out for a night on the town...after all your hair and makeup is already done.
